Cramer explains how this market is manipulated...

Cramer was out slamming the SEC and explained how the market is manipulated...what is happening behind the scene. 

Among usual things like the uptick rule, the leveraged ETFs that is causing huge swing after 3pm, he added this:

Big brokers call up their big clients and tell them "Hedge funds are done liquidating FWLT, you should buy it".  Then FWLT moves up 10% in one trading day.  Small players cannot win in this game.  

Well, we kind of know how MMs manipulate the market while their big clients are buying certain stocks.  

I hope Obama's team is watching Cramer.   I may not like his stock picks, however, I highly appreciate his in your face statements like this one.
